Support-content concept
Answers before the first pitch.
A proposed self-service hub for event, profile, registration, game-day, and account questions.
Events & registration
Planning your event
How do I find an event?
Use the event index to review synthetic filters by sport, age, region, and date, then open a detail page for the full concept.
Where would registration happen?
The prototype shows a registration action on event pages, but the final account, payment, waiver, roster, and provider flow is not yet defined.
Where do schedules and results appear?
Each event detail page proposes a shared home for schedule, results, teams, venues, and updates, subject to source-of-truth confirmation.
How are weather changes communicated?
The concept uses event updates and optional notifications. 2D must confirm who publishes official weather, delay, venue, and cancellation information.
Profiles & recognition
Players, teams, and awards
What belongs on a player profile?
The prototype combines identity, team history, events, status, selected self-reported stats, and a compact set of featured awards.
How should awards appear?
Show a small group of high-value, verified awards first. Visitors can expand for the complete history rather than scrolling through every award by default.
Who can update profile information?
The prototype suggests athlete, parent, team, and event-owned fields with visible source and update context. Final permissions need 2D approval.
Are points and tiers live?
No. Bronze through Platinum status, sample points, earning rules, and possible benefits are review concepts—not an active loyalty program.
Accounts, privacy & help
More common questions
Is the mobile app available?
The current app screens and download page are prototypes. Store availability, supported devices, notifications, and account behavior are not production commitments.
How is youth information protected?
The prototype minimizes sensitive information and calls for role-based controls. Final privacy, consent, retention, and child-safety requirements need legal approval.
Where can I ask another question?
Use the contact-routing prototype to choose events, profiles, partnerships, or general support. It does not currently submit information.
Where are the draft policies?
Review the prototype privacy and terms pages for proposed structure only. Neither page is approved legal text.
